Are FAST FOOD restaurants HEALTHIER than you think?

Michelle Obama's been waging a well-publicized campaign against diets that make American children fat. Similarly, fast food restaurants have been getting flamed the past few years (fi not decade) for their role in "making AMericans fat"

But is it true?

Here's an interesting video:

Hint: It's not the FAT

It's the SUGAR

porno jew 01-16-2012 07:40 PM

why do you post this nonsense?

mozadek 01-16-2012 07:41 PM

Moochelle needs to tone up that body before she dictates to people about how they should eat.

You don't like the extra cushion for the pushin?

Wizzo 01-16-2012 07:43 PM

Its the crazy portions, who needs 32 or 48oz of soda and can't remember the last time I ate all the fries from anywhere.

Choopa Phil 01-16-2012 08:01 PM

Whoever cant figure out what is healthy and what is not is a fucking retard. I swear people turn nutrition and eating right into rocket science when in essence it is extremely simple.

bns666 01-16-2012 08:10 PM

if you're into any kind of sport activity mcd or kfc meal at any time from time to time won't hurt you unless you're elite athlete who's into competitions.

but generally what choopa phil said is true.

Nembrionic 01-16-2012 09:05 PM

"Healthier" or "less unhealthy". Which one is it supposed to be?

Operator 01-16-2012 10:02 PM

We haven't evolved far on msg and sugar, avoid both

leg4 01-16-2012 10:57 PM

The really funny thing is that if you order a small, you get what used to be a medium, and if you order a medium your getting what used to be a large. The large are now huge. It's an instant upsell.

Too much sugar, zero portion control, lack of exercise.

That is why Americans are fat.

Eat more salt :upsidedow

What's up with your sig btw?

Operator 01-17-2012 06:55 AM

Okay while you WANT salt and sugar,
What you NEED is sodium and fructose!
So eat nuts and fruits. Not canes and msgs.
Consider more closely your question please.

evolved? Msg made an appearance when? the 70's? what exactly is it stopping us from evolving into in 40 years time?

is it keeping us from getting wings? maybe growing back our tails?

Mooshelle? Really? Did you know that some junk food company successfully lobbied to have the Tomato Paste on the frozen pizza they serve kids in school at lunch as a Vegetable, just so they could quality sell this junk to schools on the government tab?

Michelle Obama is working hard to make sure that your kids can buy good healthy food with your money, instead of sugar coated fat.

And personally I think the First Lady is quite attractive.

seeandsee 01-17-2012 07:13 AM
