also i want to thank to Chris Mallick for after everything be a stand up man and do what he has promised and returned the money,every single cent !

After so many months of waiting,this is a great day today :thumbsup

Glad you got the money but I don't see how you can say he's a stand up guy. IMO if he had given you the money with out you having to have an attorney then you could have called him a stand up guy.

He is not paying you becaused of a promise. He pays out to those who got help from an attorney and kept at it no matter how long the wait.

Mallick has breached the contract again. We have now sued Mallick in the Court in Los Angeles. We expect to receive a Court verdict before the end of January 2012. I will keep you informed about this.

Please tell all account holders that Mallick has breached the contract to pay again, that he does this on purpose and that we have sued him in the Court in Los Angeles. When we receive the verdict, we can take all of his assets (his personal assets). This is the only way to get your money back from this thief.

I can also inform you that Mallick has sued all of the account holders (including yourself) with the Court in Los Angeles, because he claims that they should have taken all the websites with damaging information about him down. He claims that this is damaging his reputation.

Please inform all the account holders you know about the fraudulent ways of Mallick.

This thread is the shining example of what's wrong today. Everyone blames tubes, piracy, .xxx, etc., and whatever the new scapegoat will be. But, the real reason is right here, we expect to get fucked, allow it to happen, and then thank and defend the criminal who fucked us when he's forced to repay what he stole...wtf.

If it took a lawyer to get your money, and he could afford to give you said money, then that means that he still had OTHER PEOPLES money sitting in his account. What is the difference? Seriously. Even if the attorney was free for everyone, you still lose your time on the phone, email and in person. And what about interest? I only had $2k which I got a year ago, luckily, but I still had to pay for wires and my time.
