FTC Affiliate Disclosure

I've been hearing some noise lately about folks concerned that have blogs in other niches without FTC Affiliate disclosures on them. I've never seen an FTC disclosure on any adult blog. Should there be one or is this not necessary?

Really? I've never ever seen it on a single adult blog ever. Do you have them on yours? Any example of what is acceptable to put to be compliant? Is there something standard?
