I don't know the guy, but judging from that initial message it could easily be interpreted as a suicide note.

If anyone knows or has contact info for him you should try to contact him or post info here, an email or something.

He has nothing in his user cp contact-wise.

been posting quite a few strange threads recently.

Remember that weird thread he did where a "friend" had made a website stating the government was basically forcing him to kill himself, or something along those lines? Then it turned out garce was hosting it and it basically sounded like it was all some lame attempt at a viral marketing scam?

I'll see if I can find the thread. Sure was weird and always wondered why no one gave him a hard time about it.

Here's the two threads. Just seemed weird to me. Apparently it was his cousin and he supposedly killed himself afterwards because of a few gfy users.

Gary Macdougall, the guy who thought suicide was funny and a good way to start some viral marketing. Classic.

I seem to remember three or four years ago a GFYer who was distraught about breaking up w/his girlfriend posting suicidal thoughts and then doing it for real. I may well be wrong about those posts happening on this board however. Perhaps someone else here remembers what went down better than I do.

In any event, the cyber equivalent of yelling "Jump" in threads like this is never cool.

Yes he did in fact commit suicide. It was a very sad story. He was already feeling like shit, and the epassporte biz put him over the edge.

No one is going to kill themselves because of "gfy users" - anymore than you would kill yourself because of gfy users. Suicidal people are suicidal. End of story.

What was he promoting with the last suicide-related BS post? People that play with this topic (especially repeatedly like this) are bottom feeders. If it turns out to be true, then it's sad. If it turns out to be fake again, then it's sad in a different way.

Last time he posted a link to a blog, didn't he? (I didn't see it) So one of the reasons why he made that thread could be to drive traffic to the site.
