DO you guys support/allow completely custom templating? In a nuttshell, is all of your code zend (or other) encoded leaving devs powerless to modify things?

Yes. None of the template code is encoded so you're welcome to customize the templates any way you like. We only encode the actual PHP portion of the product. Feel free to call or email me for more info.
