You'll get a piece of shit....Even the smallest successful paysite wouldn't sell for a measly 10k unless they wanted to leave the business and didn't care how they did it.

For low thousands, I will partner with someone to invest in a new site or expanding my current operations...

I have some killer ideas that could use some seed money (hehe... "seed" money) to get things off the ground.

I could sell my current main site, but someone would just fuck it up. I am making an income off it with a minimal investment...

Lets ask this question, who would sell a site that was generating profit to someone? I'm sure I can slap some window dressing on a site I will through together tonight for you and sell it for 10k but your twisting my arm.

Why would you sell a site that is making money?

5 to 10k is not very much for a paysite. Shit I sold one of my free sites for 9.5 k with one sponsor that had rebills of $250.00 per week. The guy didn't listen 2 me though and I bet he's not even making $25.00 per now. And a lot of the rebills were at like 12 months.

It depends on whether or not you want a paysite with an existing membership and traffic base.
Those are going to cost you a fuck of a lot more than 10K.

There are a lot of content providers that will sell you a turnkey site with the tour, members layout, and content included for less than 10K though. Then you'd just have to promote it yourself
