I think health insurance in the US is a big fucking scam.
You pay so much money every month when you are insured and when something happened you still have to pay 70% of your medical bill (after meeting your deductible) + hospitals and docs are WAY overcharging for their services.

Dental: $150/year for all treatments and my visits to a "special dentist" for a fucked up tooth I got.

It used to be expensive as fuck with dental care in Sweden but it all changed a couple of years ago. Before they changed all this my brother paid close to $3500 for fixing his fucking teeth and it wasn't even that bad.

Seems to be inflated-for-insurance prices.

The worst part is how much they overcharge, $600 for a filling? Jesus it takes about 15 minutes and $10 in material. Oh it's not hard, I do more careful work drawing, playing guitar, or working on servers.

Or do have a doctor write a prescription is $80, for ten minutes and a signature.

We are such idiots in the country, fucked up.
