Public outrage: Designer Laura Diez with her offending Playboy chair at the gallery in Lewes, east Sussex. She was stunned when police ordered her to remove one of the offending items after a customer complained that it was 'obscene'.

i am not really that surprised as i can't think of many places/countries , you could show a topless cover of a playboy in public. Allowing a piece of "art" with the same picture kind of cheats the rule don't you think ?

Of course it stands to reason that the complaining customer also has the right to keep his or her uptight judgemental priggish face out of that gallery. But of course that's not good enough these days. Just like the one politically correct fool who complained about Dire Straights's song "Mone for Nothing" and got the uncensored version banned for a time all across Canadian airwaves.
