How many times do you EAT a day?
Currently, I am in a situation where I eat ONCE... One time a day, but dont get hungry...
I know from past experience, its better to have 3 small meals, 3 times a day, but I cant be assed ! Wat Bout U? |

Got to get back to 6 times a day. Xmas messed my routine, family being home, visiting people and sleeping late.
Toast and coffee as soon as I'm up Big breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner Get my weight back up. |
I typically have yogurt and Take Charge in the morning, juice in the afternoon then dinner in the early evening.

Normally 4 - 6 meals a day but I try and train most days (weights).

Two times only - one of these have to be heavy fiber (to avoid diabetes later on)
If I have to eat a third meal, I eat only fruit. The results? Lost 75 pounds so far. |
The best I ever ate in my life, was during a 6 month period - I woke at 6am, Breakfast at 7am. Midday Meal at 12, followed by an hours exercise around 2, & meal 3 at 5pm - Bed at 10pm
Each days meals were completely different each day, but strictly balanced to provide 2000 calories a day, and all the nutritional balance you can imagine... I never felt healthier, fitter and more well fed during any other time in my life! Gonna have to get back to that at some point.... |

I eat when I am hungry. That number of meals in a day varies accordingly.

quite a big problem of my personal life.I eat mostly during the night a its like 2 maye 3 times only.Must change this but still haven't even start working on it - damn it I am gonna die soon and pretty fat :pimp

I'd like to say 4 to 5 times per day, but all too often it's more like 2 or 3 meals for me. Sometimes one depending on if my sleep pattern is off (insomnia). No matter what though I rarely if ever skip breakfast. Important meal but it's also my favorite. (and daddy needs his fibre for having a good poo)
