News Years present from Zombaio - Missed Payout - AGAIN
Ok, I'm pretty perturbed right now. Wasn't even going to post on this here, but when I went over to call on Zombaio's chat support, I got this message:
"All chat operators are currently offline. Please return during our opening hours: Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm PST 19:00 - 04:00 CET 6:00pm - 3:00am GMT/UTC 1:00pm - 10:00pm EST" Taking off early for the New Years holiday is all well and good, but not when you have my money. This is the second time in two months and it's happened numerous times now in the past year. Many of your recall the big Zombaio missed-payout/SWIFT file fiasco last year during Xmas/New Years week I'm sure. We were supposed to receive our payout on December 27th. When we did not, I contacted chat support and was told it may be a day or two late because of the holiday. Fine, ok. Even CCBill was a day delayed because of the banking holiday Monday. 28th comes and goes. 29th comes and goes. Now it's close-of-business on the 30th and we still don't have our money. I emailed [email protected] yesterday (the 29th) and still no response. I went to get on with chat support just now and they're out to lunch or packed up for the New Year it seems. Totally unacceptable and probably the last straw with us. We have 3 other billers that never have these problems and we're about to add a Merchant Account to boot. We don't need this. It's our money. We want it on time. It's very simple. Pretty difficult to balance and forecast a budget if you can't have confidence your money will arrive on time. Spent the day diverting funds around to make sure essential bills are covered due to this missed Zombaio payout. Just little things like, oh, our entire network's hosting bill, affiliate payouts, employee salaries, etc. So I'm sure we'll get the requisite "blame-the-victim" and "its your bank's fault" replies for the peanut gallery here, but none of that holds any water when we have 3 other billers who never miss a beat with scheduled payouts. You do the math. If it was your money and your business, you'd be the first one crying out loud too. I don't like crying. It takes time and energy away from other more productive things I can be doing. It did get a lot more direct attention last time though. Sad it has to be that way, but it is. If I were you, and you have my money and you don't pay me on time, I'm not going on holiday vacation until the problem is resolved. If that means I need to overnight, international mail a check or send it fucking PONY FUCKING EXPRESS on horseback to your Log Cabin in the woods, so be it. This is crap. Bottom line: Too unreliable, too inconsistent, and when it comes to money, those are words that should never be in the same sentence. Unfortunately, the short history with Zombaio is laden with those almost being keywords. I'm tired of asking where my money is; It's time we just voted with our feet. I think they are having a few issues over there i got a email form them saying about slow load time or something think they are all hands on deck trying to get it sorted

I'm dealing with 3 missed payments myself. Hoping that somebody can get to the bottom of it now that the issue they had with their site being down is over.
David at support told me that they were showing my payments as cleared and he needed to check with the third party ACH company. But then all hell broke loose and the sites went down, so I'm sure I'm on the backburner. Sucks though because all three payments would have come in handy over the holidays. :( |
Nothing worse than slow payments over the holidays.

They took 20k from me once, claimed I violated their terms because there was chat traffic in my normal sales, and then said there were cbs bla bla bla (there were none after 2 months of processing), never returned the net proceeds.
additionally, they never accepted service when my lawyers tried to serve them papers here in the usa. I gave up and walked away at the time since I could make more money by spending my time elsewhere. Just a note tho, if you are worried about getting their money, they will hide from litigation in the same fashion as epass did.:2 cents: |

My ACH transfer is 4 days late as well. They said it was due to the holidays, but the banks have been open all week. There shouldn't be any delays.

This could be Zombaio's fault, could be Zombaio's bank, could be the third party ACH processor or the receiving bank. This is why people who process with Zombaio, should like the idea of getting paid via Redpass. Nobody else is involved between Zombaio and the money appearing on your card. |

same here, i talked to chat support yesterday they say ACH already sent out yet nothing in the acct today, should for sure be there tommorow morning at the latest.

I've spent 2 weeks just trying to get signed up. Every time I UPLOAD my perfectly scanned documents I get a ridiculous message saying they were denied due to fax quality. Talked to support, said they'd have it fixed and that they do look "perfectly scanned" - yet got denied again for same reason and haven't heard from them since. Totally unprofessional, not going any further with them. If they can't even get me signed up I don't trust them to handle payments well either.
