please who is fast at mojohost? i am down for 6+ hours
 
hi people. can someone please tell me who can help me fasters at mojo? woke up and i see my hosting there is down for 6+ hours, excelent. checked contacts, the only one who is online on icq is nitesh but no answer from him, his online icq is deaf. so, who to contact please to get answer as soon as possible? i have there some of my main sites so i lost some money today already, crap. thanks in advance for any answer and wish you best with your business everyone! :thumbsup

thats something similar i have, but when i sleep, it is a bit harder to do anything :)

I saved my u/p when i started to use mojohost,i mean that info for me is more important then bank account info :)

of course i have all saved, like with my other 15 hostings, but none of those two logins i have saved works, not sure why, anyway more important for me now is that it looks like its back up again :)

Cyberwurx is who I use. Always up and they have 24/7/365 support that has yet to fail me. They work weekends. They work holidays. They have very cheap SEO packages. They practically give away bandwidth.

ok thank you all, problem is solved, mojo guys have been very fast, and the ticket problem is also mine fault, wanted to login to mojohost tickets, but i have to login to hosthead tickets, that is what i didnt knew, needed to use their support first time so didnt know :) i think i need to smoke some more ganja, thank you gfy and see you later! :)

Anytime i have been down i put i ticket 1. that pages the tech and someone always replies within 2-5 minutes no matter when it is. Mojo for the win :)
