Merry Christmas...Here is your anti-cancer tip
As we get into our 30's and 40's we are all starting to lose more and more friends to preventable diseases such as cancer. Getting cancer is usually easily preventable with lifestyle choices such as moderage drinking, not smoking, purified air/water, and plenty of organic green leafy veggies, and of course getting off your fat ass and getting some excersise. You can also take supplements like tumeric. I use and sell New Chapter brand tumeric. (no I am not posting a link to my store here and not trying to sell you anything).
Supplements brands are certainly not all created equal as many use harsh toxic chemicals to extract nutrients. Also many companies create synthetic versions instead of deriving the nutrients from plants. Google Tumeric + cancer https://www.google.com/search?aq=f&s...w=1305&bih=694 We are going hiking on Christmas this year. Be safe and well! |
