I need a reputable, reliable and most of all talented/skilled/experienced programmer. With references.

If someone with say fifteen years of experience in adult and a resume that includes Coca Cola, Merril Lynch, and USPS will do, we could handle it in house.

I should say, it's not that I'm putting myself on the same level as the rock stars, but Nick knows my name and I've spoken to Vint Cerf a couple of times, so I can put you in touch with the best of the best. Within an organization like the Internet Engineering Task Force I'm merely a competent member, not at all one of the stars.
