Fan attack halts Cup clash
 

The KNVB Beker clash between Ajax and AZ was abandoned after an incident between a player and a fan.
With 37 minutes gone and Ajax leading 1-0 after Gregory Van Der Wiel's goal, a supporter ran on to the field and tried to attack AZ goalkeeper Esteban.

I can understand why he was sent off, repeatedly kicking the man while he was down, especially with football boots is a dangerous thing to do - yeah the bloke properbly deserved it but you can do some real damage with football boots.

I laugh the way the media go on here with minor shit at our football games, yet you look at what goes on elsewhere and realise that we aren't even half as bad as many countries...
