How important is it to you? Do you use it as an indication of success or failure, as a way to adjust and tweak? Or is it just a fluctuating mind-fuck?

social bookmark, ping, tweet .... not a big deal in the scheme of things.

There are other services such as nuclear link cralwer and linklicious that will get your links crawled fast. Its not super important to get the index but it does mean more to google sadly
