Years ago a friend of mine won a car at a local dealership. He refused to take the car and instead had them sell it for him. This way the car didn't loose any value and he just took the money.

he cannot even lie very well, he was doing 50 mph max and managed to end up 75 feet away from the road?

According to the additional photos that were posted, it's 24 degrees.

I've seen and driven on a ton of black ice. That being said, his story still sounds like BS to me.

The bumper could use some coat hanger love too.

His first mistake was taking the car out in sub freezing temps. The compound in the tires get very hard and slippery in cold weather. I took my Lambo out once on a 20 degree F day and it felt like I was driving on ice. Went about 5 miles and turned around and brought it back to the garage.
