Is there a StatsRemote rep on GFY?
 

This is somewhat related to my ccbill issue earlier. If anyone has a Skype or ICQ contact please let me know.

Have you tried their contact form*? With nifty stats i was always getting answer in != minutes max.

If I have a problem with stats remote, contacting them from within the app gets a reply within 24 hours.

I've done that as well and am not claiming bad service at all. Just in a pinch here so hoping a live person was available quickly.

Yep...they ALWAYS take care of their support the right way. Not through GFY. But I'm sure that somebody has used the proper support form and let them know about this thread by now.

Next time just save yourself some time and click on "Help" in your actual Stats Remote program and then click "Contact Stats Remote" They also have their own message board as well.

EDIT: Just saw that you posted that you did use the contact form...It may take a bit as I'm not sure what country they are in, so the time zones could be a factor.

I believe they are in Europe, Germany to be more exact. So the time difference might be some 6 hours or so to EST time, when you go to lujh - they go home.

And no, never seen them on GFY.
