Flash Designer/Coder Needed

I am in need of a flash designer with knowledge of how to pass variables through a swf shell. Also how to set up the swf to accept certain parameters. Can anyone help.

It's going to use both JS and AS.

ActionScript is going to read the variables set by JavaScript.
