You are getting a room the size of a cupboard in that building. Struggling to see the bargain?

700 Square Feet is not so small.

A property like that down here in São Paulo, on a nice neighborhood costs around US$350.000.

700 sf is a decent size one bedroom with separate dining room.

A family of three or four used to live comfortably in a 1,200 foot house. Only in the last 20 years did they start building bigger.

As far as I know, OP lives alone and can only use one room at a time.

That's not the main island. I haven't been there so I don't know that island or the neighborhood. So it could be a good deal but could also be a completely isolated area that would really suck to live in.

Would like to see what that pool looks like on a daily basis too ;)
