Paxum Bank account changed?
 
We just sent a wire to the Paxum bank to load our account for affiliate payments.

Only after we sent the wire, did we notice the bank details on there confirmation had changed from their usual bank.

There was no message to say there bank account had changed anywhere else.

I've sent them a ticket but all they replied with is that the bank account on the confirmation is correct.

Anyone else heard about this?

So that means tons of affiliate payments will probably be late this period? From tons of sponsors? And its xmas so banks closing early and most big programs prob leaving by tommorow or weds so wont be fixing this til january, great! More good news!

I just spoke to our accounting department. Please rest assured that none of our bank accounts have been closed, nor are we experiencing any difficulties, so we will definitely receive the funds you sent to us. Those funds will be deposited to your Paxum account as usual, as soon as they reach us.

I'd like to take a moment to explain why you see different banking information.

In order to serve our customers better, we are regularly adding more banks to our service in order to receive funds faster from our clients. When you use the Add Funds by WIRE option inside your Paxum account, our system will automatically locate the best bank for your location, and provide you with that information when you complete the transaction within your Paxum account admin.

Based on this, the wire information you see on your confirmation would be the more preferable (and fastest) location for you to send wires, and I would suggest sending future payments to that information instead.
