I need a Tech guy to configure and to install all scripts/programs on my unmanaged dedicated server in order to work with MechBunny tube script.

» FFMPEG with libx264 and libfaac

After i analyzed few offers i have two options now:
1. to buy an unmanaged server from incero - $99/month when paid quarterly,
Intel E3-1230 Xeon (Quad Core, 8 Threads, 3.6Ghz Turbo), 16GB DDR-3 ECC RAM, 1x 2TB WD Caviar Black Hotswap Drive, 100mbit Dedicated Unmetered Bandwidth to hire a tech guy/company who can configure/secure/install scripts neded on the server
2. to find a similar offer from another hosting company, im thinkig about securedservers (i can go up to $150/month for a dedi from them with more or less the same server requirements)
What do you advise me?

Homer has helped me out in the past, I'm sure he could help you. But why not just get a managed server? There's good host such as the one in my sig that offer nice deals on managed servers that should be able to install all of that. If your server ever got hacked etc you'll be fucked without managed service unless you have someone who you can contact that will be on it quick.
