The first image works as normal. On my phone, I see the GFY mobile placeholder until I click it. Clicking shows the image. On the second pic, I think it doesn't like the m.gfy.com referrer. Stats to redirect to eroticbpm, then goes elsewhere. Blocking the referrer shows the pic, so I guess you've allowed gfy.com and www.gfy.com but not m.gfy.com.

Hmmm, that reminds me, you have Strongbox, as I recall. I might need to "test" your site later when my wife is asleep. ;)
