I know gfy has become the place to go for this kind of shit. So how do I get rid of it? I like to hear from green nicks, I hear they specialize in this kind of matter on this board.

maybe it's a skin tag and not a pimple. if it is a skin tag a doctor can zap it off or there's some ointment i think that will dissolve it over a period of time.

Anyone else sometimes hope a pimple appears just so they can pop it? My ex would sometimes break out on her back and I got addicted to popping them for her...she would get pissed off though because the next day her back would be so red from me trying to pop anything that looked like a pimple or blackhead lol.

On the off-chance that it's something other than a zit, I'd get it checked out by a pro. Squeezing a cyst or something could cause a bad infection.
