Anybody have ICQ contact with Reflected.net?

I'd like to talk to somebody at Reflected via ICQ - anybody have a contact there?

thanks

Pseudonymous 12-13-2011 02:06 PM

I just did a quick search Mutt and not alot of good comments about them. :/

Pseudonymous 12-13-2011 02:07 PM

You try 25285313 ?

Mutt 12-13-2011 02:30 PM

Searched - is Swiftwill now Reflected.net? Did Reflected buy Swiftwill?

somebody i know highly recommended Swiftwill and when I contacted Swiftwill i was told their 'sister company' Reflected handles new sales.

seems to be some negative posts on here about Reflected :/

Interesting. I have nothing but praise for them.

edit: I've always emailed support@reflected and gotten a response in a few moments. Never had a need to contact them any other way since they always reply swiftly and do whatever was needed. Can't help with ICQ mutt.

Its always the current clients that have positive things to say, its the ex clients you should listen to.

Another thing to take into account is the hours you are working Mutt, it's not standard business times. So make sure theyre just as quick at 3-4 in the morning. hah

fris 12-13-2011 02:51 PM

didnt reflected go byebye?

Mutt 12-13-2011 03:12 PM

no, a little birdy just told me Swiftwill is indeed Reflected now and Swiftwill is in very good hands.

Raja 12-13-2011 03:14 PM

If you still need help hit me up on icq.

So current clients that have been with a company for years can provide no valuable insight?

With ex-clients you have a 50/50 chance of the ex-client not telling the full story. 100% of business relationships aren't ended at the fault of the provider. See Sara swirls or whatever her name is as an example.

A failure

You probably didn't find a lot of bad comments either.

I think youre reading too much into my post.

Maybe ill be more specific and carefully choose my words next time and say. "there are always people that can say good things about companies, you should instead look into why those people had problems with a company" - I mean, take epassporte as an example, nearing the end, im sure there was still alot of people who were defending them and saying, i haven't had any problems

I was making a pretty general statement implying that you shouldn't only listen to a few members that are with them because theyre still with them, usually means they haven't been screwed over yet. A company that screws people over, doesn't screw over everybody 10-20 percent, they screw certain individuals over while making sure they atleast maintain a good relationship with a main group to make sure their business stays intact.

While you are correct in saying that you won't always get the full story but when a higher than normal percent of those people pop up. And alot of them tell you the same thing, you can get a pretty good idea. Again, not talking about reflected (they could be great), just saying in general

and never at any point was i implying their opinions are worthless. I was implying the negative ones are more valuable.

Actually I came across alot. As did mutt, which is stated in one of his posts in this thread. (but it appears that they might have been made before they sold the company)

I was simply saying that he should probably look into why theres so many bad things said instead of into the good comments by existing members of them

Swiftwill is a big company and bought Reflected a while ago.

crash_jackson 12-13-2011 04:48 PM

ladida 12-13-2011 05:43 PM

Just get in touch with dweeks. Swiftwill owns reflected for quite some time now.

fris 12-13-2011 06:21 PM

a lot of people got fucked over then reflected lost all their data, and people were forced to start from scratch.

marlboroack 12-14-2011 05:36 AM

PornDude 04-02-2013 05:17 PM

It's been a long time. But could somebody from reflected.net add me to Skype or ICQ?

Thanks a lot! :)

Supz 04-02-2013 05:38 PM

I dont know if they are good or bad, but I think if you go to there site there is no phone number or address etc. That would throw up a ted flag for me. They might be excellent might not. But thats a turn off for me.

Same here. I do not entrust my core business requirements to any company that does not have a listed phone number and physical address. That includes everything from domain registrations to advertising purchases to server hardware. The company could be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but if they only offer email or tickets as the sole means of support, then they do not gain our business.
