Most expensive domain hacks?
 

I know soci.al sold for $50,000.00 (link). Any other hacks gone for more?

People have been calling them 'hacks' since at least 2000 (that's when I first heard it).

@edgeprod, first time I realised what a domain hack was also :)

Most recognizable was probably del.icio.us but they now forward that original hack to delicious.com. It's value being the site not the domain name though.

I don't know of any, but I could register some domains now with these extensions ;)

i sold a .li domain a month back for just under $1000 ;)

The term "domain hack" makes me think of incidents like Cohen swiping sex.com.
