faxing to amsterdam?
 

I just got a fax machine and need to fax some papers to amsterdam. The number starts with a "+" sign and there is no plus sign on the phone/fax. Do i put in the country code to first..the country code from second, then the city code then the number.. just freaking confused..if anyone has a formula to fax to amsterdam from the usa i sure would be a happy camper

the number i recieved to fax to looks like this "+1 415 xxx xxxx" (x's in place of the numbers)

It should be 011 415 xxx xxxx

011 means it's an international call

415 should be the country code for the netherlands

For example, if i want to fax you i have to dial:
001 415 xxx xxxx

the + means the numbers you use to enter the international
system of your phone company.

come to find out the damn number is usa based anyhows...doh! all this headache for nada..lol

holland is 31 so it would be
011-31-20 xxx xxxx

doing it from the states or canada :winkwink:
