globill affiliate account problems

A couple of unusual things have happened to my globill affiliate account in the past few months,

1. Steady traffic, a small amount of signups... then absolutely nothing for 7 weeks. When I asked globill about it, they replied that I was actually showing one more signup than I'd actually had, and this had been changed. Magically, after this correction the signups started happening again. Immediately.

It's possible that I really did have no signups for those 7 weeks, but the fact that they started again within hours of this 'correction' makes me wonder how much I've missed out on.

2. Today I noticed that the earnings from the previous pay period hadn't been added to my current payment. Again this was 'corrected' and the final payout amount now includes last weeks payment too.

When I try to probe further and find out why these problems happen and what measures they may take to prevent them happening again, I just get back blanket form replies which avoid the issue. :(

Is anyone else having weird problems like this?

Not exactly the same...and I like GloBill, great support...but I had zero signups or rebills today....until I sent an E-mail to support. Suddenly, signups that were literally twelve hours old. Hmmmm...there may be some scripting problems there.

Interesting. Might be a reason why sales sucked today.
