Legal Question about warning page and hosting in a different country.

I'm just getting a feel here, as most of you can see I'm from the States. If I were to get hosting in say the Netherlands would I need to have a warning page on the site? Is the webmaster or owner liable depending on the country he is in? How does this work? This is still something I'd research a lot over.

We all know todays users demand instant click through so I figured traffic would be a lot more effective on a site that didn't require that.

Thoughts? :helpme

I'm seeing more and more sites even in the USA with no warning sites. Tubes are a great example of this and they have more traffic than anyone.

I doubt you'd have any issues at all, however by putting a warning page it does show you're trying to be someone responsible.

Personally all my sites have warning pages. If decide to opt out of having them at the very least have your sites labeled by Restricted To Adults.
