What would you do with your traffic?

What would you do with the unique visitors visiting your websites?

1. Send them as quickly as you can to the affiliates? (banners, links, etc.);

2. Try to keep them on your sites for as long as possible with great content;

3. Maybe do a little bit of both.

I would say a bit of both as it depends on where they land in the network as some sites are geared up to provide content where as others are pure affiliate machines

What you don't want is surfers clicking the back button a few seconds after arriving at your site.

Little bit of both. But before getting money off the site, I would advertise it and get a lot of traffic. Once I get enough traffic, I will monetize the site.

Before you try and send a surfer to another site. you might want to know how he got to yours and why. Dont send him to a teen site if he wants Milf.

I try to target my traffic sources so I prefer the surfer to click a banner/fhg before getting off on my site or clicking back. I do want people to stay on my site to subscribe to feeds or click social sharing links so it depends. A high bounce isnt always a bad thing.. :)
