Are all .xxx names now resolving across the web?

who knows but every domain that i attempt to get that they claim i can now get on their commercials come up with this

I tried a few type ins just out of curiosity and got a reserved page

I've been typing in random, popular domains just to see what the deal is and I get:

If its live, wouldn't it no longer be pre registration and be in a drop down menu on the domain registrars listed on buy.xxx? I don't see it at any of the registrars.

seems they had to delay their launch. Technical problems at ICM.

I see it on Godaddy's dropdown, but if you enter a name it redirects you to the pre registration page. Got me...

Virus? I've heard there are a variety of malware/virus issues associated with .XXX, maybe there's a connection...

Names that are being sold right now are staying up for sale after you buy them.

Well, .XXX is a major undertaking, and it does involve the adult industry.... so I think it is safe to replace "may" with "will" in that statement.

I've seen complaints of similar as well. People are claiming to have preregistered before today's launch and are finding that they can go to another registrar and order the domain. Fraud, crime, deception, all come to mind.

I would further suggest that you can replace "will" with "is" in that statement. :thumbsup

I have been talking to a forum friend who registered over 100 .xxx names just a few days ago. He said that's he's not yet received an application to even become a member of the "sponsored community" and that all the domains are still listed as "processing application" in his account. What a mess.

I preordered 1 and it got declined. I'll go to Godaddy auctions with my $85 and buy a .com.

Oh and Name.com are not wanting to refund it.
