1 copy will be given to a commenter at random. Just add the text "my entry" as a comment. I'm guessing there will be at least 50-100 people doing this by the end of the contest on the 31st. Only 1 entry per youtube account and don't get your account banned because I won't honor prizes to banned accounts. Be sure you have added the vid to your favorites if you are trying to win by comment.

The second copy will be given at random to anyone on my wcg team who completes 5 work units and then submits a comment to the video with their team member name. World community grid allows you to use your computer to do scientific research that will lead to cures for many diseases, end world hunger and solve our energy problems. No one has added their team name yet so right now your odds of winning the second copy are very high. Plus you get first pick and one of these copies is sealed.

www.random.org/lists/ will be used to draw the name.

I have two copies of Thor in 3D. I'm thinking of adding a copy of the new pirates of the caribbean in 3D as an alternative choice though.

The comment contest only requires that you post the text "my entry" on the video and favorite it.

The second copy can be won by running wcg. It will take you 5 minutes to read about it and another 3 minutes to download and run it. The more work units you complete the better chance you have of winning. I'll be giving away prizes every month so you might as well learn about it now. Plus you are helping further science by running this program.

I guess this is going to be an easy win for someone.

No, I hate it and so do 99% of youtube users if you read the threads on the community forums. I suspect they will be changing it back soon. I mean there are literally threads with thousands of responses where you will find it hard to find anything other than rants about how shitty it looks and works.

I'm going to try and rewrite the contest info under the vid tomorrow to see if I can explain how wcg runs. I think I have a few people running the program to get the second copy.

I have at least 30 entries for the first copy though.
