SEO Question for you guys

I am working on a mainstream website and of course working on getting more inbound links with relevance.

Is it smart to create pages going after keywords and on free blogging websites like blogger?

I will be using 100% unique content.

yes but there is more to it then just that :)

I recently starting getting into SEO(two years ago) and it is extremely involved process. Cutting your teeth in SEO for adult terms will definitely make you a high end earner for mainstream SEO.

I am big time when it comes to geo-local SEO.

Build as big a network of sites, targeting keywords relevant to your product or service on free blogs which link to blogs you control on your own domains which in turn link deeply into your money site for starters.

Make sure you're using a good keyword research and competition tool like Market Samurai so you're not flying blind.

I'm going after about 35 different keywords all mainstream. I just don't want to spend the time doing so and getting penalized by doing all this work.

blogger.com/keyword_1
blogger.com/keyword_2
blogger.com/keyword_3

etc etc

If your efforts look spammy to Google then you run the risk of being penalized. The key here is to offer valuable, relevant content which is both unique and not thin enough that a manual review will cause you problems.

Then I would assume it's better to create one account on each and then blog about various keywords.

What monetization method are you using? Selling leads to local businesses, or something else?

I have a lot of geo-local projects as well and would be curious to see what others are doing.

If you need article links to add some WEIGHT and JUICE to your budding mainstream linkwheel and blog link farm, hit me up. I can do it for cheap (up to 1200 sites plus spun text so you don't get dinged for duplicate content). Only mainstream sites please.

Just a yearly hosting and maintenance fee of $150.00 which is roughly 12.99 a month.

WordPress and real estate go hand in hand.

I am using IDX Broker to feed the listing to a WordPress site.

Do it all. That seems to be the key to getting up in a competitive market..
