To user or not to use...SEO Plugins

What's the verdict with these SEO plugins. Do they help or hurt? Are they a must have or can you rank high in search without use? Any thoughts?

Wicked 1 11-24-2011 07:50 AM

In the past I've made a lot more $$$ with them than without using them.

That said there is a lot more to SEO today then most realise,the seo plugins help to remind you the basics of on page SEO as you write posts.

If you still have a new domain with no relevant backlinks,high bounce rate,slow site load speed and much more the best seo plugin will do next to nothing for you.

There is no magic bullet,you still need knowledge and experience no matter which plugin you use.

Have a read of this

I've only used AllinOneSEO up until now and not on all of my blogs. I may start trying others. I wonder HOW MUCH it really matters and makes a difference?

Yoast is like AllInOne, Robots Meta, Not Cat Base, Google XML Sitemap, and google Webmaster Tools all rolled into one. It also analyzes each post/page.

Yoast has a lot of bugs which are still not fixed... Headspace2 is so far the best wp seo plugin i know. A few tweaks and it will kick you out of your socks (;

personally, i use platinum seo pack.
headspace2 is also a good option.
