What did they do exactly?

CCBill signup pages could not be loaded for hours yesterday. I understood they were doing something.

seems sales and rebills have increased a bit for me

worked ok for my site

Adonis, If your signup pages did not load for hours yesterday, then there was something wrong with your account or site specifically?that is definitely not normal, and I have not heard of anything similar happening. If you contact support, they can check it out for you. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions

Bake, why do you ask whether we have done an upgrade?

Because unless you have taken your shoes off to help count you seem to be counting correctly for a change. Also I have seen a increase in rebills this week so you now seem to tracking corectly as well.

Bake, we track our scheduled rebills independantly of ccBill's admin system, and haven't seen rebills not go through normally or off-schedule, what exactly do you mean about them "not tracking rebills correctly"..?

I was not aware of any issues with 'counting' or rebills. If you give me the specifics, i can get it checked out

I have days when ccbill just dosent count I normaly send between 3k to 10k a day to my CCbill accounts (clicks to sponsors) and I understand that every now and then shit happens. But somedays it was just you guys I check my counter stats and say I had 150k comeing in I should do about 5k in clicks to my sponsors but it never happens I do like 1600 instead even thou the days before and after did 5k on the same traffic the worst day you only counted like 600 this normaly only lasted for 24 hours so no doubt the wispers that your servers get overloaded sometimes are true for me. I just hope you guys did do update as this week seems fine for me.

I too have this happen with CCBILL ... 1 day, 3000 clicks, next day 600 clicks, next day 3000 again ... and the traffic was about the same ... and, much like Bake said, it's been happening a little too much ...
but i must say, since the upgrade, it's been MUCH better for me :)
