Model Release - short and sweet, or long and scary?
 

So for those of you who use them, what do you use?

The short
"I _____ agree to give (photographer) complete rights to any and all pictures taken of me, _____ to use in any way (photographer) sees fit. I understand said pictures will be used on public areas. I ____ am not an employee of (photographer) and thus are entitled to no unemploment rights. I ____ am over the age of 18 and have provided (pictured) ID."

Or do you go with the long full or multi page release? Dosent the long one scare them away? Can short ones cover your ass?

What are some points that you really want in there? What should you avoid?

Charly posted this a while ago and it makes for good reading. You really want to have all your bases covered and if you intend to do this seriously it is worth having your lawyer do a once over...
