It's like a twilight zone episode. Imagine in the dead of winter on a NY street you come across these fucking bitches...and it's real! :1orglaugh http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KPN-Y4CGLq...tume-Party.bmp . |
This just in, they will re-open next month under a different name

I agree with the other poster. They will reopen under a different name, some different key people, and life goes on. People don't just close down their operations willingly, particularly when they are making money. |

Good god I have to wonder about reading comprehension skills on this board. |

But yeah I read the story too, then did a little research, then made my first post in this thread. Research: The website for the law firm that is closing ( Steven J. Baum, P.C - mbaum.com ) is registered by Pillar Processing LLC: "a leading provider of business process outsourcing services to the default management sector of the residential mortgage industry." The LLC and the law firm have the same address. The LLC was hiring this September for a new Administrative Assistant. Click the link to see the ad. The reason I posted that they will open as a new entity is because CorporationWiki shows that Pillar Processing LLC is a managing member of Pylon Process Services LLC in Florida. No big deal right? Wrong. Click the "career listings" link at the bottom of the Pylon Process Services LLC homepage. What do you see? The ad from Pillar Processing LLC for an administrative assistant :winkwink: Now go post that on the Huttington Post and leak it to the press, because they don't know yet. Seriously, make a difference and leak the info. And just to add cement to my find, you'll see that this Florida corporation info page shows that Pylon Process Services LLC was created 8 months ago and at the bottom you see that Pillar Processing LLC is the managing member. My reading comprehension is just fine thank you :thumbsup . |

I am going to take a wild guess and say that the NY attorney general is a little more savvy than you as to the inner workings of this company;) And you forgot to mention that now a U.S. House committee is also looking at them. If you think any of these employees are going to sneak into another operation after this fiasco you are sadly mistaken. . |

It's amazing you are not getting that simple concept. When you try to pull shit in the middle of getting pounded in an investigation like this, you cannot hide. . |

And here's a little bit o' research for you-

But of course the NY attorney general and the Feds aren't going to be able to follow a trail this clandestine:1orglaugh They can run, but they can't hide... . |

As you can see my first post here was 12:25pm after research this AM and article completion, submitted my article to AP headquarters 12:40pm - Brian Melley LA Bureau news editor [email protected], AP posted 1:20pm , safe to post my facts here 1:27pm. Nice to be on the edge of breaking news :winkwink: Research and action makes a difference. Nice to see you did a little research yourself after initially saying it doesn't matter. . . and if you're still reading this post is sarcasm. I am not a reporter, the story isn't mine, but I am on the edge of breaking news |
And it still doesn't matter if they try to bury themselves in a hundred other entities.
You see, what's unusual about this case is that the story about these sociopathic douchebags circled the globe a few times and ended with such a public outcry (including physical protesting at the Baum offices) that the local authorities and the feds had no choice but to come down on them like a ton of bricks. Normally a case of fraud like this would get a little press and go away. Not this time. Baum, Pillar Processing and whoever else involved will be the royal whipping boys of state and federal government who are eager to make an example of them. And btw, that ad from Pillar Processing LLC for an administrative assistant...which one of those 89 sacked sociopaths you reckon is going to get that job? Funny they had to place an ad :winkwink: . |
I know this! That's a lot of words!
