VXSBill and dutch BV
I know many of you use paysquare/VXSBill with a dutch BV and IJmond Trust Solutions as accounting.
Have any of you successfully skipped them as accountant? Anyone who got a setup without a dutch presence? |
If you setup a BV in Holland and you are not going to be there, you need to be represented there for tax purposes I believe. If you're not represented there you're going to pay corporate tax in the country you're living in.

We have vxsbill you need a dutch company and ijmond accountants.
|
Is the VXXBill affiliate program any good?
|
We have used VXS for a few of years very happily indeed. Needing the NL company is a total PITA, as it's just more paperwork and stuff to keep track of but it is not in any way avoidable.
Can't see many downsides to having a genuine presence in one of the few very porn tolerant countries in the EU. Needing a company for banking compliance is a totally different level of presence compared to an off the shelf brass plaque company that exists only for tax "efficiency" |
I have had the same setup for years but I think paying almost 500 euro a month for a presence and some minor accounting is just too expensive.

The BV also has other benefits. Should you need to reduce your corp tax liability the BV helps with NV formation. (2% tax)
