South Park Experts - I have a question...
 

In the 'older' episodes of South Park, at Cartmans house, there is a photo / picture hanging on the wall, of Cartman and his Mom...

In the older episodes, both he an his mom are bright yellow - I have always assumed this was a Simpsons reference.... However in the newer episodes, the pic is still there but they are no longer yellow...

Any reason / logic / story line that explains this, which I have missed, or 'Just one of those things' ?

Probably jaundice, fucking basement dwellers.

i think i might know what yer talkin about..watched the old ones a bit...i thought it was more a mistake , a slight issue with colour in that one spot, i remember one old episode of the 80's transformers cartoon optimus prime came rushing down a river, but he was blue...always kinda bugged me

Prolly the construction paper they had. In the beginning they used it because it was cheap. Now they spend a lot on the rendering farm to still make it look cheap. I would assume they didn't have to make it yellow any more
