Globill Dialers Back up
 

For the couple months I have had Globill, the International dialers have been down, and I haven't bothered with the domestic dialer.

So today I get the letter below. So the question is, anybody actually use globill dialers (before they crapped out) or what about Ibill's? Is it worth the bother?

yeah, yeah, I know worldcom went bankrupt but I don't give a shit. Putting that aside, are dialers worth it as an an additional way to pay for a paysite besides checks and plastic?

I am happy to report that international dialers through our GloDial service has been restored. We aplogize for the downtime. More countries have been added and the per minute payout rates to you have been increased!

To activate your dialer, simply go to the Phone Billing -> Dialers function from your stats page. This will show the current status of dialers for all your sites. If the dialer for any site is NOT ACTIVATED you may request dialers be used with this site by pressing the Request Dialer button next to the site you want.
If you recieve the message "No availible dialers, contact tech support for assistance" please email technical support at [email protected] and we will make more dialers availible ASAP.

Once you have activated dialers for a site, then you only need to have the Phone Billing Signup option availible from your website to reffer traffic and the list of Dialer IP Addresses allowed to access your protected members directory.

If our activations team originally set up your site protection then you are also set up to recieve dialers. However they do need to be updated occasionally. Pleas contact technical support for the most current list of dialers and assitance with updating.

I've used both the Glo-Bill dialers and their 900 system to pretty good effect. Overall these options add about 20% to my overall take. While that is not a huge chunk, it is still significant. Phone billing may or may not work out as well for you but you've got nothing to lose for trying...

Arrgh.. I just installed it. USA 900 at $24.99 a month is OK, but overseas dialer is priced at $6.00 minute.

Right, I am expecting a ton of conversions at $360.00/ hour, no doubt.
