Off Topic ... But is this a scam?
 

Ok i got a msg on machine says:

"Dear Richard, you recently entered your info for a raffle to win a 2003 Tahoe. You have made it into the finals! All finalists recieve 4 paid round trip tickets to any of 39 resorts spread out all over country. Please call for more info"



So i did! lol

Sure enough, they said i was a finalist and intitled to 4 FREE round trip tickets to any of 39 major resorts (i pick)!!!

The catch is this ... i get 4 round trip tickets good for next 2yrs, but not free hotel or food!!! LOL!!!

I have to go pick up the tickets on sunday and the addy is 4hrs from my house. Should i bother? Or is this some scam to get me to buy expensive resort rooms?

Anyone ever gotten this before?

Well i meant like not related to this biz, lol just didnt know how to say it in 2 words or less, haha

haha you're going to go pick them up and they are going to lock you in a room with 500 other suckers and wont let you leave until you buy a timeshare. If you sweat it out for 6 hours theyll give you the tickets though

I'd say 80% of posts here aren't related to the biz.

They said i had to go to this "INN" and go through a 3hr tour of their resort all expenses paid, and theres no expenses and no need to buy anything, basically they just wanna "spam" the hotel i guess, lol


They said at end of 3hrs, i go home with my 4 tickets without buying anything ***unless i like this "INN" and stay there, lol

yes. it's a scam. They tried to get us to go to a 3 hour tour for free disneyland tickets at the hotel we stayed at when we went to disneyland. morons.

But you didnt go?

How can you be sure that you wouldnt just sit for 3hrs and walk out with the tickets?
