You can use any wordpress theme, I find the good minimal themes work much better then any adult wordpress theme around.

You don't need "Adult Themes", there's all kinds of themes that you can customize.

'adult' themes are worse than basic/mainstream themes. imo..
we run a 200+ blog network and changing themes to 'basic content delivery' style every day.
