I'm finally starting to get some of that through my thick skull. Just like the cost of the actual content is a small fraction of what a porn site needs to bring in. Why do our competitors charge ten times as much as we do? Development, marketing, regulatory compliance, taxes, etc. In Apple's case probably a lot of marketing cost, just like adult. With Android, software development is done at no cost to the manufacturer and the competitors are all promoting the same platform, so that should mean reduced costs and lower prices.

iphones are so yesterday, just stop to write about it.
