Did you lose or gain SE traffic after Panda?
 

I see mostly people saying Panda screwed them over.. it must have sent all your shit to me because I've been getting flooded with SE traffic ever since. :1orglaugh

Same...I can't wait for the next update, have some new blogs that I would love that traffic boost on too.

The big tube sites ended up taking over a niche I dominated for years :(

As expected, because the traffic has to go somewhere, it's nearly even so far.

I think the "panda fucked me over" posts are one of those misery loves company kinda things. :2 cents:

it is nice to see people believing that they know what they are doing and panda is their friend ... you realize new update may be tomorrow and all your serps may go to shit? there is no win in panda, at least not for long ... :2 cents:

panda cut my monthly revenue at half. I've did some changes and nothing.Some sitee not offering much to visitors (and TGPs), are now at top of SERPS in my niche.

In that case you can always hit up Paul Markham to help out, you know...with him being the expert on everything including traffic :thumbsup

For us the large sites dropped and small went up, totally we lost about 40% from Google.

Of course nobody can expect Google will send him hundreds of visitors for free forever. But just thinking they are maybe doing the common fault they think they cannot loose their visitors when returning them irrelevent search results (what i personally experience too often last 40 days). If there is no alternative to Google and Google searches stop to return what was expected, people will not use Google just becuse it is neccesary to use some search engine, they will use nothing and will surf internet with other strategies. Many companies and sites did this crital mistake thinking that the traffic is steady forever and turned their sites to advertising hell or some confusing content experiments and it could not end other way they lost nearly all of their visitors. Only quality content can keep people. And quality content for Google means relevant search results.

So i guess we all loose nearly all google traffic in about year or two because Google can loose it itself. We are prepared and if i am not right, thanks for any free google visitor :-)

i believe nobody knows nothing about panda, as it is about every second week and you cannot have site on stable possition in google in less than two weeks ... so how may anyone know what works now? :)

I have some small sites that don't get updated very often, they fell, whereas my main site that I devote a lot of time to has benefited at this point in time. However, as TeenCat says, we cannot depend on this, it could change at any point.

In a nutshell, Panda is really just about doing what makes sense. :eyecrazy

It's the exact opposite for me. My better quality sites lost traffic while my stale, ugly ones gained.

Thing is that it can all change again soon ... There's nothing anyone can really do SEO-wise except keep building quality and hope for the best.
