How to open up full page unblockable pop ups

I have many sites still able to pop ups in IE even though it catches most pop ups.
Does any one have code for unblockable pop up?

i found when i did not use pop ads and fake facebook ads my sale increased

err, if a surfer knows how to tweak his HOSTS file he can block ANYTHING - no code will help in that case :2 cents:
