i personally havnt tried to use my paxum card at ccbil or know anyone who has - but it is not something we are stopping

as stated it could be due to that these are prepaid cards and alot of subscription based service ( ie: netflix ) does not allow prepaid cards

it may be detected as a pre-paid card.

if so ccbill may not allow it due to the fact that any person of any age can get a pre-paid credit card.

mabe in the long diget nomber (576567567567) it tells you if its pre-pay or not.

you can't sign up to CCbill with pretty much anything nowadays
