Who is More Annoying? Ann Coulter vs. Al Sharpton

Since we're at each other throats anyway...

Tempest 11-02-2011 10:55 PM

Definitely Ann Coulter... She's all about being controversial, fermenting hate, fear etc etc etc because she makes money doing so...

BIGTYMER 11-02-2011 10:58 PM

Al Sharpton.

Poindexterity 11-02-2011 11:44 PM

however it's decided, i hope they both suffer fatal wounds during the conflict.

boneprone 11-02-2011 11:50 PM

Im a liberal and I have to say Al Sharpton is more annoying.. I actually like and enjoy Ann Coulter.. I dont agree with her but I am entertained by her and enjoy her.

Strange but true.

Gouge 11-03-2011 12:24 AM

Al Sharpton

kane 11-03-2011 12:33 AM

I have to say Sharpton. While I don't care for either of them I get this feeling that Coulter doesn't really believe the shit she is spewing and has just found a great way to anger the willfully uninformed to make money while I think Sharpton actually believes what he is say.

:1orglaugh :thumbsup

in my original post version i had the bonus question "who would win in a no-holds-barred back alley brawl"

CDSmith 11-03-2011 08:26 AM

Definitely Sharpton.

Which kind of surprises even me, because other than being willing to throw a good fuck into Coulter (complete with donkey punch) I've really never been able to stand the bitch. However, seeing as she's really merely a right-wing media attention whore paid to stir up shit with the left, with countries other than the US, and with anyone who possesses an ounce of common sense, her line of BS is easily spotted and filed where it belongs... in the shit bin.

Sharpton however often comes off as reverse-racist, making every issue involving a person of color about race, and definding them at all costs no matter what they did or who they killed, raped, gang-beat, etc. The guy is a racist flake.

Babaganoosh 11-03-2011 08:26 AM

Sharpton for sure. Coulter is funny. She's a political troll, nothing more. Sharpton thinks he's black jesus.

MetaMan 11-03-2011 08:28 AM

Sharpton because he is black.

Fletch XXX 11-03-2011 08:31 AM

I couldnt believe this is considered news in the States. Specifically, at the 1:25 mark. She is absolutely nuts.

but yeah i do see your point now. Coulter will say whatever to tow the line.

But so will Sharpton...

Evil Chris 11-03-2011 09:21 AM

Ann Coulter is so annoying.

LAJ 11-03-2011 11:06 AM

I'm not a fan of Sharpton, but I really really really despise coulter. She nauseates me.

Dueling Douche Bags

raymor 11-03-2011 01:31 PM

I once heard Sharpton say "it's racism, it's all racism, the white man is keeping the black man down." I also heard him say "it's racism, it's all racism, the white man is keeping the black man down." Next, he said "it's racism, it's all racism, the white man is keeping the black man down." I get tired of listening to him.

D Ghost 11-03-2011 01:38 PM

Man that IS a tough one, they are both irritating as hell. I'd pick Coulter though, but not by much. Very close though.

Look it up. Democrats, like senate majority leader and elected KKK leader Robert Byrd, filibustered the civil rights act of 1964. In the 1860s, it was all about Democrats trying to prevent black people from voting.

KKK Grand Wizard Nathan Forrest stated in an interview that the clan opposition was "the Loyal Leagues, Republican state governments, people like Tennessee governor Brownlow and other carpetbaggers and scalawags."

DaddyHalbucks 11-03-2011 01:47 PM

I like Ann, but she is awfully shrill sometimes. At least Al's tone is usually bearable.

SykkBoy 11-03-2011 03:08 PM

decisions decisions

Coulter feels like a character rather than a real person and Sharpton is just a douchebag...

answering this question is like answering the question "how would you rather die? machete to the face or claw hammer to the base of the skull"

it's why i still haven't voted :1orglaugh i can't decide. so i'm letting GFY decide for me

Ayla_SquareTurtle 11-03-2011 03:18 PM

If the question were "who is the biggest asshole?" then it would be a tough race.

"Most annoying" goes to Coulter on voice alone. Nails on a fucking chalkboard, that one.

If Charlton Heston can have a constitutional right carry a rifle, why can't grandma have a constitutional right to health care?
Al Sharpton

Did he forget that Charlton Heston marched with MLK?

I love to engage in repartee with people who are stupider than I am.
Ann Coulter

That statement is DUMB

Sorry, it's a tie

Don't forget this guy:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bull_Connor

Quote:

Through his covert actions to enforce racial segregation and deny civil rights to African American citizens, especially during the Southern Christian Leadership Conference's Birmingham Campaign of 1963, Connor became an international symbol of bigotry. Connor infamously directed the use of fire hoses, and police attack dogs against peaceful demonstrators, including children.[1][2] His aggressive tactics backfired when the spectacle of the brutality being broadcast on national television served as one of the catalysts for major social and legal change in the southern United States and helped in large measure to assure the passage by the United States Congress of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.[3]

I dislike Ann Coulter more but at least she is entertaining. Al Sharpton is just plain annoying.

Same. Coulter is much easier to dismiss offhand without a thought.

MrMaxwell 11-06-2011 03:28 AM

They're both disgusting to me. Ann Coulter is just an insane ignorant trouble making idiot slash glorified attention whore. Al Sharpton I think is just there to take advantage of black people and make money off of them.

To hell with 'em both.

They're equally annoying. Sharpton is worse, in my book, because he is well sane and very intelligent and uses it to take advantage of his own "people" while coulter is just a spoiled whiny insane idiot who makes money repulsing everyone with her idiocy.

I guess she does take advantage of some empty headed bimbos and feminists who "agree" with her. Which is impossible to do, because she never actually has a position.

Coulter is Just a despicable piece o crap...

"a bitch got books to sell"

TurboAngel 11-06-2011 02:50 PM

Both are annoying but Ann Coulter is easier on the eyes.

Quote:

Note: "Southern", as used in this section, refers to members of Congress from the eleven states that made up the Confederate States of America in the American Civil War. "Northern" refers to members from the other 39 states, regardless of the geographic location of those states.

The original House version:
Southern Democrats: 7–87 (7%–93%)
Southern Republicans: 0–10 (0%–100%)
Northern Democrats: 145-9 (94%–6%)
Northern Republicans: 138-24 (85%–15%)

The Senate version:
Southern Democrats: 1–20 (5%–95%)
Southern Republicans: 0–1 (0%–100%)
Northern Democrats: 45-1 (98%–2%)
Northern Republicans: 27-5 (84%–16%)
Somehow I doubt it had much to do with whether or not they were democratic or republican and more about whether they were from the south or not... i.e. the people that would vote for them.
