GFY Parents - What was the first movie that you took your child to see in a cinema?

Mine was 'The Lion King' - My boy sat next to me, eating popcorn, and said 'Daddy - Whats gonna happen?' I then realised that he had ZERO concept of where we were or what we were doing, aside from sitting in seats looking at a big red curtain...

I said "see that curtain? Its gonna pull back, and there like a HUGE TV behind it, and its gonna show you a cartoon'

His face was a picture ! If he could have said 'Yeah, right you fucking liar... AS IF...' he would have!

But he loved the Lion King - Not so much the 3D Honey I shrunk the Kids at Disney Land! I had to carry him out crying :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

:pimp

I was going to say Lion King! It might have been Aladdin, though. I think my daughter's first movie was Aladdin, my son's Lion King.

My daughter was so impressed by her first movie experience that I'm STILL buying shit from the Disney Store 19 years later...

I walked us out after 10 minutes I was so embarrassed!

I'm not sure which is worse, that I didn't research
the movie first, or that my kid begged me for 3
weeks to see it :Oh crap
