i have tons of videos that have been " flagged " by users
if it does not violate their tos it just becomes a video that you have to be logged in with an age of 18+ not all flagged videos are deleted if that was the case i could just go on a deletion spree ..right?

I only know what they did to us. We put up one of our music videos. My own original music and my own original music video. It had ZERO nudity. Just a lot of CM in a tiny bikini shaking her ass and singing the song.
They pulled it for violating their terms!
I now have a "Censored" version of it up that is really lame.
Meanwhile I see videos all over youtube that are full of girls in bikinis shaking their tits and ass for no reason at all.
I actually CREATED content and put it up there...and because someone "flagged" it they pulled it. And when I wrote them and asked why, they wrote back and told me that the video was too "sexually suggestive".
Hell yes it's sexually suggestive. The song is about getting laid. But there was NOTHING in it that was against their TOS.
The song is "Get With Me" and you can see the uncensored version at http://tptrash.com/
And by the way...I have seen that UN-Censored version put up by dozens of other people on their YouTube accounts and it didn't get pulled. But on MY account...you know the guy who wrote the song, recorded the song, wrote and filmed the video....I'm not "allowed" to have the "real" version up. :(
Here is the "Censored" version that YouTube told me I coudl keep up there:
