Does anyone else give out $ instead of candy for Halloween?
 

We only get about 3 trick or treaters at the door. Last year was a record (we had 4). I realized it's cheaper to give out dollar bills than buy candy.

I grew up in Anaheim Hills and the big houses gave out $$ or whole candy bars :)

Yes, but my trick or treaters are usually at the strip clubs...

Funny enough some of the elderly neighbours we had gave the kids money this year.

Thread just reminded me of these Unicef boxes that we used to walk around with and people would people spare change in along with giving us candy.

Yeah we used to drive to the rich(er) neighborhoods and trick or treat :1orglaugh

The best were the people who gave out the large Reeses. And I always loved candy corn.

Almond Joy were either thrown on the ground in the person driveway and/or stomped on, or thrown at my brother later one when picking through our candy. Fucking hate coconut.

I used to get full candy bars too..those were the days!

Why didn't I think of that. :Oh crap I've got all this left over junk again.

we had the guy that gave out rolls of pennies worth $.25 :1orglaugh
