'04 MLB Season Predictions
 

I think we need to start a Fantasy League for GFY for the upcoming reason...but thats for another post.....

ANYWAY...Here are my predictions for the only division i care about....

A.L. East

Toronto
Boston
New York
Baltimore
Tampa Bay

I'd definitely be up for some fantasy league action...I tried to get a league going over at www.sandbox.com last year, but there wasn't much interest.

I think Boston has a good chance if they keep focused. They also have to shore up their pitching. Another good starter and one more good middle reliever would be ahuge help. They also need to count onLowe and Wakefield to duplicate what they did last year.

My predictions:
AL East - Yankees (barely edging the Red Sox)
AL Central - White Sox
AL West - Oakland
Wild Card - Angels

NL East - Mets (I'm a diehard Braves fan, but the addition of Glavine and Stanton to the rotation of to the Mets and the fact that Alomar and Vaughn couldn't possibly stink up the place as much as they did last year helping to take some burden off Piazza)
NL Central - Cardinals
NL West - Dodgers (but the dvision will be very tight)
Wild Card - Braves

World Series: White Sox over the Cardinals

Philly is gonna win it all as so many have predicted they will bring a championship to the vet in it's last year. Has anyone seen the off-season additions that we made. We are ready for the rest.

MrPopup has lost his mind as well, there's no way Toronto will win the AL East, they'll be lucky to play .500 ball.
